Hiring an Event Planner is the best decision you can make when planning an event. As your Event Planner, we will operate as a personal assistant during the planning process, guiding you all the way and helping you stay on task and on budget. While you orchestrate all you want included in your day, it will be our job to keep it stress free, efficient and enjoyable . . . kind of like your 'sanity insurance'!

Full Service Event Planning:
Includes: Planning aides, budget assessment, event consultation, vendor referral and coordination, shopping assistance, participant contact, advice, suggestions, and expertise.

*Event Planning fees based on 10% of the projected wedding budget, and does not include on-site management.

Our On-site Management Service is a great solution for managing your special day. This service can be purchased with or without the Event Planning service, and will allow you and your guests to enjoy your day, and not worry about a thing. We would be the first to arrive and the last to leave, serving as your on-site contact for all vendors, guests and participants.

Ceremony Coordination:
Includes: On-site ceremony coordinator, rehearsal coordination, and ceremony coordination. This package includes 6 hours of coverage.

On-site Management I:
Includes: 2 on-site managers, rehearsal coordination, day of event management, day of event vendor coordination, and set-up/clean up coordination. This service requires volunteers provided by the client. A minimum of 2 volunteers per venue are required.

On-site Management II:
Includes: 2 on-site managers, rehearsal coordination, day of event management, day of event vendor coordination, and set-up/clean up crew. Final pricing based on event requirements. A custom quote will be provided following a free consultation.

Please note: Mileage charges will be assessed at a rate of $.30 per mile each way outside of the greater Greensboro, North Carolina, area.
